What you guys think of this? (more to a fun one)
Warband 1 Lurtz 4 Uruk Marauders with shield 4 Uruk Marauders with orc bow 4 Uruk Marauders with hand weapons
Warband 2 Uruk Hai Shaman with armour 5 Uruk hai warriors with shield 4 Uruk hai warriors with pike 1 Isengard Troll with spear
Warband 3 Mauhur 2 Uruk Scouts with shield 2 Uruk Marauders with shield 4 Uruk Hai Berserkers
Warband 4 Vrasku 5 Uruk hai with crossbow 5 Uruk hai with shield
total: 750pts models: 44 might: 9

I would not put the marauders with a hero they can outpace but aside from that I don't see any reason it would give you trouble.

Lurtz warband its not a forward scouting engage group, hes more like a field manager sort of saying, his might its mostly for heroic march and moves so I can counter enemy heroes, while mauhur goes for the kill role... since marauders are faster, 1 good call of lurtz and propel the marauders to an insane move rate while lurtz stay in the back shooting...allowing the marauder to outmanouver even horsemens in some situations blocking their flanking manouvers..

Only the marauders will never be able to really capitalize on a march or a move order since they have to stay within 6in of the hero who called it. Its not that it wont work or that running it like this isn't viable its just kind of a weird set up is all.

Well i know what you´re meaning but its a chance to get em around on the march turn one in case I need to chance my army flank attack to the oposite direction.
Or just keep the archers around lurtz and n case I suspect a flanking charge to buy time, heroic march and move my archers 11" straight to block a side....
