I am considering removing 3 Warriors of Minas Tirith and replacing with Damrod. Although I am not sure that it would be worth losing three troops to replace with a weak hero with only 1 might point.

Batswarms are amazing Hero killers with Druzhag. And I would recommend Ashrak and some Giant Spiders in place of Wild Warg Chieften and his puppies. I watched an enraged spider eat through two Khazad Guards at once.

Good point about Ashrak and the spiders. I thinkit would mean losing the Warg Chieftain and 10 Wargs for Ashrak and four spiders at the most. Not sure which I'd prefer...

Despite numbers, I lean toward Venom Spiders, you get two S5 attacks with re-rolls whether you charged or not--plus a higher fight. And they are easier to spear support.

The puppies die when charged: 2 enemy attacks against 1. Even when they get to charge first, they will lose against higher fight (most good armies) an average of 60% of the time... And they will be your first arrow targets, dying on 5+ (though Spiders need to hide too).

But tactics play a huge roll... I would dare to take on two unsupported Dwarves with a Venom Spider and spear, knowing I had a fair chance of killing both.

But maybe numbers and speed suite your needs better.
