Fell Wargs warbands

I am completely correct in thinking that if I put four fell wargs in my army, I can make them four separate warbands?

fell wargs are warriors and as such need to have a hero leading them. so if you have 4 heros youcan have 4 warbands each with 1 fell warg.

I find it funny this was moved to official rules instead of beginners.

Anyway I have heard and seen proof they are a warband each. Any evidence avantar?

You are correct LordoftheBrownRing. The rules for the army formation of the Dark Denizens of Mirkwood can be found in (the currently oop) The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug sourcebook. If I had mine infront of me I would tell you the exact wording. You can take either fell wargs or Mirkwood spiders, without the need of a hero, as warbands with the normal 0-12 restriction. You get the option of one warband being lead by the spider queen, being the "named" character she is.
