Been trying to digest as much Mordor/Angmar advice as possible. Made my first list. Let me know how I did :)

That's a solid force.
The only suggestions I can think of is to sprinkle in a couple of two-handed weapons into the Shade's warband and see if you can fit in a spectre or two. Two-handers will give you more punch and the penalty is offset by the Shade. Spectres are simply fun.

well, as far as Angmar goes it should be good. Two monster for hitting power, a little bit of magic with the Witchking to counter an enemy hero fighting with Buhrdur and a nasty shade. However, you should be careful with the witchking, since 1 fate point means that Legolas will spend his time using his patrion shot on him.
My only doubt is about the trackers. I understand that a little bit of shooting is always necessary, but maybe 5 trackers are not enough to pose a threat or to counter enemy shooting.

I would drop the Trackers, maybe the Cave Troll (as you already have a Troll AND a fellbeast) and get the Dwimmerlaik on Fellbeast. Maybe a Captain too if you need more might.

The Witch King is just in an armored horse. Trolls are the killers. WK is support/debuff.

The trackers are mainly there to fill out my warbands while still fitting everything I want. I could easily drop them for more orcs or fate on the WK.

I like it. I would consider downgrading the Witch King's Armoured Horse to a regular one and using that for an extra Fate point, otherwise I think it's good
