Can a hero command any warband from the same soursebook ,for exaple Legolas leading a warband of dwarves.

If I remember rightly, a hero can only accompany a warband from the same faction/sub-faction. So for example in the Kingdoms of Men book, if you wanted a Rohan warband, it would have to be led by a Rohan hero, (Eomer, Theoden, Eowyn, etc).

You can ally good armies with good armies without any problem, (so for example, a gondor and rohan force), but within that, each warband has to be led by a hero from their faction.

Yeah that's what I fought just wanted to make sure
