Games Workshop has confirmed they'll release an Amon Hen head statue:

I think I'm the same as everyone else: it's nice, would be even nicer if it was cheaper. It's a pretty solid chunk of resin -- as opposed to being hollowed on the underside, which is no doubt part of the price.

It isn't laying flat in my picture because there were some thick gates on the bottom that I hadn't cut off and smoothed. Having done that now, and put it up against a CD for future basing, it looks fine to me.

Thanks again! I wonder why a solid piece? Now to justify the price.
