My first ever attempt at oil. It's so very different from water colours, I'm quite taken by it. Faces being my special area of interest, naturally that's what I went for first.

Im loving all the amazing art in this thread (miniatures and otherwise!), really inspiring!

Just a quick question: which white spray primer do you use for your warhammer/lotr?

Thank you, I use the GW's white primer.

I'm loving these oil colours.

Olofer, you are waaaaay too talented in both 2 and 3 dimensions. I am going to suggest that Simon Cowell start 'The Axe Factor'...

Oh I'm the ever-present cockroach of this site, I will outlive you all. I do still paint, most mostly on canvas at the moment.

I believe I have made quite a few high elf bases, but whichever you mean, I use real rocks, that I paint in suitable rock-like colours.
