At one point, maybe a year or so ago, I remember finding a posting where a gentleman had converted his WOMT to have a surcoat over mail vice the partial plate they had originally. I've been searching around for this with no luck, and was wondering if anybody else knew where it was located-I think it may have been on the old TLA site, which appears to be gone now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is likely that you did find it on the old TLA site, as it was ther as part of a series about redesigning gondor.

It may have been saved somewhere, and when the new TLA is ready, you may well be able to find it there. No idea when the new TLA will be ready though.
