Yup, the revised and new. C and C appreciated.

Epic heroes:
Thranduil-125 points
Galadriel-175 points
Monkey twins-70 points

Common formations:
3 company wood elf warband-135 points (one twin here)
3 company wood elf warband-135 points (other twin here)

Rare formations:
3 company formation High elf cohort-180 points (Thranduil here)
3 company formation High elf cohort-180 points (Galadriel here)

Not many formations but will be concentrating on maneuverability as all the formations have heroes.

hmmm well in not sure really, since its 1000pts you have a much better chance of really out maneuvering your opponent.
thranduil is pretty much the only thing that can stop monsters from annihilating your small F, so make sure to buff him a bit with extra might to kill them off.
the twins are super good when combined with galadrial (30pts for a hero w/ ES, give them more might and they can call the duels too!)
the wood elves will get hit pretty hard, and cause of the small numbers they wont last that long, so make sure you buff at least 1 of the twins. if one calls a duel the other can to :D
galadrial's magic will be pretty important, so keep her alive. just remember to use terror + sunder spirit + light of the valor or terrifying aura. enfeeble will be great too

overall i think its pretty good for elves

I'd swap Thranduril for Arwen... ;)

Thanks. It was kinda intentional to use the Galadriel+twins combo. I'll be calling a lot of heroic shoots with the twins. It seemed to work well in the last game I played.

I really hope that I have missed the humour in the statement there.

If you were joking, ignore the rest of this, lol. If you were serious... Why would you take Arwen over Thranduil? He has better stats and magic and costs the same...

Well, I lost, quite badly. In my defence, I was unlucky to lose priority several times and have to go first, as I was really outmauevered.

I'm looking forward to the report! Our unprinted 'houserule' is that the loser has to write it up (there, I've spoiled the ending on mine) :P

lol, I wrote it up this time, though but seems like a good thing to establish. Except that I doubt that General Elessar will ever do it properly :P
