Hi All,
I'm not sure how old this is, but I just saw the New Releases for Gundabad's Black Shields, Gundabad's Command, Dwarf, King's Champion, and Floi Stonehand, Lore Master.
OK, pretty cool, no stats yet, but what does the Lore Master do in the game... recount what just happened in the previous round? Kidding aside, what do you think he does? He seems a bit obscure to me.
The King's Champion is cool with his personal Heralds, well suited for SBG and the more personal fighting style of the game.
The Shaman from Gundabad's Command is really interesting, kind of a gnarled figure, hunched by evil stooping in caves, the two handed sword weilding captain (nice new pose for a goblin), and the portable drum is unique, too.
Nice additions to the Moria scene.

I'm not sure whether they're out on the Games Workshop website yet, but the stats for all the new models were in November's White Dwarf.

Floi Stonehand has a pretty neat ability to use a point of will to negate an enemies special rule (for example, you could decide to negate the Balrog's Terror rule...)

Gundabad Blackshields have stats pretty much equal to Uruk-hai, with a few cool special rules thrown in too, for a cheap price. If they weren't metal, I'd probably take these as my main choice for Moria Goblins - they are really really tough.

Hi Etcake,
Thanks for the reply.
They are out on the website now.
What I find interesting, the 4 Gundabad warriors blister is $13.25 US, while the 3 Prowlers blister is $15.00 US... go figure.

Three, but he gains more every time the dwarves kill an enemy hero or multi-wound model. His SBG stats are in WD371.

I just don't understand why they made Flói the Loremaster of Moria. In the book it's said Flói died before Balin's expedition even entered Moria proper, while Ori was the one who kept notes to the bitter end. He'd have been a better choice. Maybe they are reserving the name and the dwarf for the new Hobbit mini range?
