People in my local scene only have up to 500pts of LOTR where have well over 2000. So i'm forced to play small games, i would love to find people that will play 600 or 700pt games but i can't seem to find anyone.
Anyway i'm creating a list based on Arnor during the War of the Ring, i figure that some regular warriors were still present just not as numerous as rangers.
4x Rangers of the North - 104pts.
-Spears
16x Rangers of Arnor - 134pts.
-Spears
Captain of Minas Tirith - 55pts.
- Shield
12x Warriors of Minas Tirith - 96pts.
-Shield
11x Warriors of Minas Tirith - 99pts.
-Spear, Shield
Pippin - 10pts. (usually use him as a good luck charm, just fun to include)
Total:498pts.
43 Models
6 Might
20 Shots
Basic Strategy is use the warriors in two groups, with rangers in two groups as well behind and supporting.

It's an illegal list, you have 16 bowmen out of your 38 warriors models. In the Arnor armylist the Ranger of the North to Ranger of Arnor ratio special rule doesn't apply - it only works in grey Company.

Why not give all the Rangers of Arnor spears?
