This list is a bit crazy but bear with me. It is quite deadly in combat and might actually outnumber my enemy, so here it is.

Galadriel War aspect
18 outriders
7 rangers of the North
24 Rangers of Arnor with spear

50 models 49 bows 10 might

There is the list hope you like. Even if the enemy army has the Shadow lord 49 bows will still cause him a lot of grief and I have a similar effect as him from Galadriel. If he doesn't have the shadow lord then his army will be a lot smaller by the time it reaches mine.

Perhaps a better idea would be to include normal galadriel and take the mirror of galadriel with her so your outriders can all huddle round it. And I may give the RotN horses. It will still be difficult to take down the shadowlord with all those shots as you'll probably only get one (two if you're lucky) hit(s) on him a turn and since he has D8, the odds are not very high in your favour.

If you put Saruman the White instead of Galadriel you've got a faaaaar better force. If this force breaks then Outriders are just C3 heroes (a lot of the time C2 because of Wraiths) and flee very soon, so Saruman's rule will be much help.

Don't know if you know, but an Outrider/Gamling/Saruman list won the 2009 UKGT (http://venivididouble1.blogspot.com/201 ... story.html), but the list was much more combat oriented and was more versatile than yours. Unfortunately having only bow armed models doesn't serve well in a lot of scenarios where you can't even use those bows because you have to move forward (Domination, Take and Hold, The High Ground to name just 3 and Contest of Champions is a likely loss for you because Galadriel sucks in combat, even the War Aspect one).

If you want to keep it similar to what you have though, then I would have Saruman instead of Galadriel and 2 Outriders and then 6 horses instead of 1 Ranger of the North and 5 Spears.
