could someone please tell me if aragorns +2 to hit bonus (anduril) counts in an epic duel and also on the hard to kill table?

Didn't this already get answered in a topic that was put in the wrong place?

Also, I am assuming War of the Ring and not the Strategy Battle Game.

Anyway, the rule says Aragorn's company (and Elendil's and GilGalad's) gets +2 on on their to-hit rolls.

Do rolls for duels or on the hard to kill tables involve to-hit rolls?

No and no to both questions.

No that is incorrect. I once played against an opponent who thought the same as you. As i was new to the game we played it that way but when i gave a thorough examination of the rules it became apparent that this was a mistake of epic proportions.
