Sory about this i seem to post a lot of questions about Khamul but i just want to see if I have this right.

Im a littled puzzled about the use of Khamul's essence leech when he is in a heroic/epic duel. At what point in the duel would you roll to try and discount any hits that Khamul or his formation takes? Would you do this immediatly or wait until all dice have been rolled on the duel table?

Also if another hero happened to be in khamul's formation and he was challenged to a duel would he also benefit from Khamul's essence leech as he is the same formation?

From reading the rule book and various posts on this site it seems that the above is correct but I just wanted to check.

In the first instance, find out how many hits are done on Khamul and how many on the unit, then roll that many for Essence Leech (may be best to do each separately to differentiate between Khamul's wounds and his unit's wounds).

Same as above, but replace Khamul's name with the other hero's.

Yeah thats the idea I had, it just never occured to me before that another hero would get the same benefits. Will have to keep that in mind for my next battle.
