How about some Wild men of Dunland. They are very thematic and will be quite different from the Orcs and Uruks you have so far.

Urak Hai berserkers. They look cool and have two attacks, also you have one in your profile pic so you can't really not have some!

The Witch-king in your list is legal as ringwraith can ally with all but one army (Sharkey's Rogues), though you don't really need it, bezerkers, feral uruk-hai or Isengard troll are suggestions.

take some named heros; they're fun to paint and are better than captains.

would you recommend the 4 finecast berserkers or the uruk hai seige team which comes with 2 berserkers and 6 uruk hai with bombs and ladders, there around the same price but which would be better

Go on ebay and get metal beserkers for a tenth of the price :) Demolition teams are fun but risky and very rarely kill anything :(

If you have a friend who you might fight a Siege game with then I would go for the bomb as it would help you out there. If not I would just go for the 4 Berserkers :)

I have a large model of helms deep I made with a breakable wall, me and my brother use this a lot of the time so I might get the siege troops

I would definitely go for the Siege troops if you have a breakable wall. It should make for a fun game :)

Somehow we have all forgotten to point out that you need a hero! Why not go for Saruman, he can do everything the witch king can do, but is not as complicated to use :D

LOL. It would suck if your carrying the bomb and lucky arrow manages to set it off :) Also Saruman is a really good idea he is good and will get rid of those pesky good heros so that your uruk's can mope up the rest.
