Ok. I'm just thinking that it's important to win fights, taking their low defence into consideration.
I'd rather win fights with more dice because of more models, because then if I win there's more chances to wound. A banner costs the same as about 4 extra warriors, that's 4 fewer guys to add to a fight...4 less dice if you will. Also, I've never found a banner's range to be big enough to do a lot. Half the time its in the way of someone who could have provided spear support.
I think banners are most useful for spear-less warriors, like dwarves. The banner is in the second row, not in the way of possible spear support, and is really the only option to get that spear-support-like effect.
That said, I like the list, it's nasty (except I wish you had some shielded Galadhrim
). Though you're over on bows...even though you have 66 models, you have only 63 Warriors, so you can only take 21 Warriors with bows. If you drop the banner, you're nearly at 70 models, and you can upgrade Glorfindel to "Lord of the West", who has higher D and gets Resistance to Magic (profile in Fall of the Necromancer). Makes it easier to handle ringwraiths.
With 3 major heroes and your opponent also limited to 75 models, plus 6 warriors who can beat almost every evil hero and tie up a cave troll (after they've done pike duty), I think it's pretty potent.
