You can't just add a couple goblins, they aren't in the Isengard lists. Do you know about the alliance rules and army lists for Legions of Middle Earth? If not it might be worth picking up a copy.

As most games are played using the Legions of Middle Earth supplement, your army list is illegal for that. Also, your points cost for the Uruk-hai warriors is off - you've "paid" too much for them. What you need to do is select a leader from the Legions of the White Hand list to lead the Uruk-hai. Lurtz is from the Isengard Raiders. not quite sure why you have the Shadowlord in there, the Uruks are pretty resilient and shouldn't need his special rules to survive to get to combat. I would drop him, add in a few more crossbows (or drop those 3 altogether) and if you want to keep Lurtz, add in some warg riders from the Raiders list, and an Uruk-hai captain from the Legions of the White Hand list. You'll also need to drop the goblins as they have no hero to lead them, nor can the Legions list ally with any that can take Goblins. If you have a few spare points, you can add an orc warrior or two though.

Take out shadowlord, goblins and lurtz, add in Vrasku and a shaman to make the list legal, use your leftover points to buy more uruks, and get as many crossbows as you can.

isengard trolls are 110pts, and you still need a captain or a shaman, to mka ehte list "legal" i highly recomend the shaman regardless of legality, if you want to use a troll you should drop the berserkers for more crossbows/numbers.

Isengard trolls are 105 points (p. 94, The Two Towers Journeybook)*. If he's not playing by Legions rules, the list is completely valid. Again though, you're paying too many points for the warriors. 20 warriors with shield are not 220 points, and 19 with pike are not 209 points. Otherwise, that looks better than the first list.

an Urukhai warrior w/ sheild is 11 points. and i would use a shaman, but i dont have the rules for it

An Uruk-hai warrior with shield is not 11 points if you are using the current rulebook. If your rulebook is not blue with the One Ring on the cover, your rules are outdated and you need to buy the current book.

Go on a website called "last alliance" it's a forum like this one. Find a user called lonely knight, in his signature is the link to the Army builder

I downlaoded it fromh is signature but it doesn't work
