I don't know much about elves, but Legolas is a 1at class choice. About uruk-hai, how many of each type of scout are you using? Oh and warg riders are nice.

I would say the Uruk List needs more bows or crossbows, that list is good but really you should be filling out the Archery support and drop Saruman for a Shaman or Captain as he isn't really that great compared to extra infantry and a Captain / Shaman.

For your elf list, Legolas is already a shooty hero, you might take someone like Rumil instead of Haldir. Also, you have a few points left, I'd give your knights with bows a shield as well, since the expert rider rule lets them benefit from it.

Have you ande Hilbert thought about entering a doubles tournament before going the whole hog and entering a singles tournament? You may wanna consider it, it's a friendlier, less competitive enviroment. It would also let you both get a feel for tournament play and know what each of your forces are missing, without spending alot of money on an entire army :)

But back to the list: Evil saruman is a very hard mini to get the most out of thanks to his lack of combat skill, high casting rolls and high points cost, either get alot of practice with him, or swap him for a shaman and numbers :)

I think Saruman is useful and don't worry I will get experience from him by crushing my brother

Multi-wraithing could work better, you can get nearly three budget wraiths for the same price as saruman, i would certainly use grima if your using saruman.
