I was hoping to paint my dragon (which I've had for years) for the painting challenge but didn't get it put together in time. Thanks to some liquid green stuff I've finally assembled it.

Here is the undercoated dragon
Image

Here it is with an Orkhide Shade base coat and I've started painting the scales with Knarloc Green.

After the scales I'm planning to wash with either Thraka Green or Devlan Mud before highlighting the scales (and maybe a final wash).

I can see you are a good painter and very presice. the model is undercoated well, cant see any metal spots, and the first base coat and highlight looks good so far. Cant wait to see more pictures.

I finished the scales last night, but only in time to fall into bed. So here are some photos I took this morning, next is to tidy up the Orkhide Shade and add a Thraka Green wash.
