It's been a while since i had the chance to pick up the brush again.
I have been trough lot's of work. I took some hours of today, and to relax i painted Gothmog.
Image
I should spray a basecoat on the next guy b4 i can get to painting again..
I might get some new guys to. I fell for my own trap, buying new ones b4 having painted all the old ones, curses. Should make some sketches to for the dwarf book. Haven't forgot about it yet!

Nice. You should paint some highlight on the edges on the metal parts. The other thing is the inner part of the fur, below his arm. That small part you should paint in a different brown, cause that is not fur, that is leather.

As I can see, the sword is not straight somehow, you should curve it to the right way.

No that bit is fur, according to my Toybiz figure of Gothmog, Garmenhorde you are right.

I like the skin on your Gothmog. That's how I did mine. To an extent I think.

I remember that guy! Yeah, some time ago i really was thinking about looking for zombie miniatures to! I really like the zombie concept. Lot's of blood, maggots and rotting flesh :D This guy came from the Army painter - a rotten corpse from the battlefield. Still got a few things left of that blister full of body parts.

So that's what happens when trolls sit on their prey to prepare them for food. Instant pizza!

I am astonished!

This is clearly the proof of our good Belgian saying: 'oefening baart kunst'

Thumbs Up!
