Can an Orc Drummer still drum if he is attacked? Moria drummers not, I think--but it says so specifically (?). Magicians can't magic, heroes can't standfast. Logically, the orc can't drum, acknowledged my opponent, "But it doesn't say he can't, so he can." I agreed. It does say something about "after heroic actions, before the move phase..." that could be read as "before the entire move phase begins, therefore--even if your opponant has priority--the orc sounds his drum just before the attack."
Seems minor, but could've been a game changer, as my opponent raced to an unclaimed Dominaion point.
Thoughts?

If the Drummers side has priority yes I believe so, the Drummer can do so, so long as he (and his followers) does not charge, but is countercharged by the enemy after the Drummer has already sounded the alarm and moved.
On the other handf, the Drummer cannot sound the alarm if any enemy with priority engages him before it is his turn to move.

The way the rule is written it would seem that the only way to charge him before he sounds the advance is with a heroic movement.
