I just got an armoured Glorfy nearly done and realised I have no paints to paint his hair.

Can anyone recommend a colour scheme (with example photos if possible) of how to do blonde? I'm not sure what to buy.

this is the walk thourgh from the "painting the white council" article off the games workshop website hope it helps,
For Glorfindel's hair, I basecoated it with Desert Yellow, highlighted it with an even mix of Desert Yellow and Bleached Bone, and finished it with a 1:4 mix of Desert Yellow and Bleached Bone.

A very simple method (though you can highlight etc to taste with further mixing), I mix Skull White and that Ochre colour (I think Bubonic Brown, not sure) 50-50, paint that on, wash, and re-drybrush as a highlight.

Check the Tomes of Wisdom section, enough painting articles on those pointy eared blondes.

I usually basecoat with a brown (Khemri or Scorched) and then mix some Bubonic Brown with some Bleached Bone (for lighter, almost platinum blondes) or Golden Yellow with a bit of Bleached Bone for darker blondes.

I can put some pics up in a bit if you want?

So this is the darker kind of blond:

Best to base with a darker brown, then paint with a Golden Yellow / Bleached Bone mix, maybe wash with thinned Devlan Mud or a brown-ish ink, then highlight with a Golden Yellow / Bleached Bone+ Mix (i.e more Bleached Bone then the first coat)

The platinum blond of Eomer:

I based with Scorched Brown, then used a Bubonic Brown / Bleached Bone drybrush and highlighted with Bubonic Brown / Bleached Bone+

Hope that was of some use!
