Hi,
I wondered if anyone thought that colours like on these dwarf rangers would be suitable for my rangers of arnor?

Thanks

Do you think it would fit in wit all the dark greys and greens though?

It would look good I guess, but on the other hand it's not very logic since rangers (as I guess) use their green/grey/brown-ish colours as disguise in the woods etc. Red is a signal colour and therefore wouldn't make much sense.
At the end it's a matter of taste though, so if you like the red capes, go for it.

If you check out my WIP, I used reds and grey-blues on my rangers, and they turned out fab.

I painted my rangers of middle earth with red, greens and yellowy-browns, I think of it as their autumnal camoflage. Turned out well.

Red and other unnatural colours (blue etc), imply that they're outfitted with a uniform, as opposed to ad-hoc worn out and poor quality clothing of natural greys, greens and browns.

So it depends on what you're after.

Half of my Rangers of Arnor, I'm doing in my Arnor army colours. Purple tunics, grey leather armour (looks Devlan Mud so might change it to brown) and light khaki/off-white cloaks. These Rangers will represent the Scouts of Arthedain's army, hence why they wear a Uniform.

The other half, I will paint in a variety of dark greys, dark browns and blacks, inspired by the Night's Watch in Game of Thrones. These will represent either modern Rangers of Arnor (Grey Company and other Dunedain), or the survivors of the Fall of Arthedain (led by Aranarth, heir to King Arvedui and first Chieftan of the Dunedain).
