Hi guys,
In a game, would it be legal for my opponent to use Aragorn in his Rohan army, and for me to us eAragorn, Isildur's Heir in mine in the same game?
The same question for all heroes.

Yes you can technically because it is not twice in the same army, you may need to give one of the Aragorns another name for the time being however, for example to avoid confusion.

If you're on opposite sides, yes. If you're playing together against someone, then no.
