So,
played a game last week with plenty of hurling going on (i played all monsters so i could try out the new rules). When it came to hurling into combats we just played that the models passed over were knocked prone not all in the combat. I kinda feel if all in the combat were to ment to be knocked prone then it would say so in the rules but thats just mo.

As regards the direction to throw the rules are pretty clear and state that the controlling player chooses the direction it will hurl the model, so to me thats any direction, 360.

But thats just what we played. I can't make these decisions for you!

Cant remember if it has been said before but Simon Grant is covering this in the upcoming FAQ. Should be out within a few months, already been written but now has to go through the process of editing and translating etc.

Awesome! Looking forward to seeing that. I wonder what else they'll be clearing up.

Lots. The issue with the goblin scribe and reconnitre, whether spear support can be shot out like before (which they can thankfully), clearing up heroic combats and lots lots more. There was a big post on the facebook page just before ToS asking for all suggestions. must have got 50+ replies.

:-( Too bad I don't follow them on FB. I have something I'd have liked to add. I sent it to their email submission address right after the first round of FAQs came out but it would have been nice to put it to them via another point as well.

i recon if the monster hurls them down something like a cliff that has no noticeable bottom then they would die but if its on the games edge of the table then it woulden't die just has to be thrown so they would be on the table still. but that just could be the house rule were i play
