im having some trouble playing against isengard i just cant seem to win any fights cause of my fight value.... any suggestions from any harad players who have had a fair bit of luck against the uruks? any suggestions would help my strategy was a huge block with some cav to do some hit and run tactics even gave my archers spears so after a few rounds of shooting i had em charge into battle

How is fight value an issue? Everything except for the Warriors of Harad has F4 or more.

- Reavers (they beat anything)
- Black Numenoreans (D6) combined with Serpent Guard as spear support.
- Watchers of Karna (just in case you don't want Reavers)
- Abrakhan Guard with Serpent Guard spear support = 4+ to wound, 1's re-roll
- The Knight of Umbar on Fellbeast -> Hurl

I've never lost with Harad against the Uruk's (mind u I haven't fielded them since the Harad source-book). I'd recommend lots of spears of course, their bows are solid, I mostly prefer Watchers of Karna for that role. Suladan is a must. I like the Hasharin assassin as well. Against Uruk's you should field some Half-trolls and Serpant Guard.

You can have a 'main block' if you want but you need to dictate the terms for engagement, make sure numbers are in your favor etc, use Cav to balance power (counter charges etc), archery fire to thin weak points out further.
Ultimately you have to keep control of the battle field, and don't be afraid to sacrifice men to do so, like sending a small block of men to slow Uruks in one area while you finish killing off another group, things like that

are mahud good? i play themed armies so my armies are usually pretty weak i love the look of these guys was just wondering are they worth their points il use half trolls with em also cause of the special rule

Special rule? You mean Terror?

Mahud Warriors used to be great when they were 2 Attack and had Warrior Pride, but they're not worth it any more.

Half Trolls on the other hand are most certainly very good. Along with Corsair Reavers and Abrakhan Guard, they are the best of the options really. The Raiders could be okay if used well too.

The impaller rule allowing an automatic strength 4 hit on the charge, plus the mahuds strength four is not to be sniffed at. The Betrayers "Harbringer of Evil" special rule will really pay of when the enemy are broken, making it more likely that the Uruks will flee than fight. Getting the initiative and engaging the enemy heroes to stop their stand fasts is essential here.

His "Master of poisons" allowing Haradrim bows and poisoned blades within 12 can make a massive difference.

The Golden King will chew through Uruk soldiery well, but really comes int his own after the enemy are broken with his "riches beyond renown rule". This really smacks botty when combined with the Betrayers "Drain Courage" and "Harbringer of Evil". It is particularly effective against Isenguard Trolls as well as heroes.

The Golden Kings Fatboys (sorry I am away from the source book) have serious clout and can now be backed up by Harad spearmen. They have the same fight as the Uruks and will slay pikemen and scouts on a 4+!

just be carefull with Grima and Saruman if he fields them, never underestimate a wizard and his partner :P
