Fantastic stuff here! I'll very surprise that you mixed in a hobbit goblin in with your Moria goblins and they looked ok.

Have you not seen Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Alright it is not a great film but the best parts of it, and certainly the best lines, all belong to Alan Rickman as the evil Sheriff of Nottingham.
Here is the relevant dialogue:
Quote:
Sheriff of Nottingham: Locksley! I'm gonna cut your heart out with a spoon.
Guy of Gisbourne: Why a spoon cousin? Why not an axe?
Sheriff of Nottingham: Because it's dull, you twit! It'll hurt more.

And later when the Sheriff stabs Gisbourne for failing to catch Robin Hood, he sneers at the onlookers:
Quote:
Well at least I didn't use a spoon

So, a troll armed with a large spoon is not something to be sneered at. Especially when he's defending his loot.
Fantastic base & painting Barbar!

These are very well done, the crosshatching on the apron and the creating skin texture with the different colored lines is inspired. The reflected ligh on the fire base is nice too. Well done!

Now that's a fantastic troll face! The skin, the apron... everything is simply amazing. Barbar, you should really start making painting tutorials! I admire your work since I found your goblin town on the tabletop-hdr.de forums at the end of last year!

Btw.: The campfire is breathtaking! The lighting is perfect. Can't wait to see it with all the three trolls together :)

I first read that scene in 1974 (Third Age). I enjoyed seeing it in the movie and your rendition of all three trolls is absolutely exquisite. They are good sculpts, especially around the face but you have turned the hide and aprons into things of depth and greater texture. The bases are perfect. What more could you ask for?

The troll skin is wonderful, great work to see and the OSL is a nice touch. In fact it is all just completely wonderful and a great sight.
If you play the game then I understand but you could have made a fantastic diorama.

You've created really excellent textures using just paint on the skin and clothes - the skin looks very thick and tough! More please :)
