Beautiful painting and an unusual but very appropriate piece of terrain to complete the diorama. :yay:

Fantastically painted :yay: That is a great diorama :D
How did you get the rock to lean like that and what paint did you use for the word 'Gimli' ?

Absolutely breathtaking, what a wonderful thing you created there. Gimli himself is sublime, keep up the good work :)

I don't often say this about Dwarves, especially this rather static Gimli sculpt, but wow, that looks fantastic. Keep up the amazing work 8)

The rock is made of Das (product dry air, a kind of clay is not professional, also used by children :)), the bricks come from copies of bricks made of slate (specially cut by a friend).
The writing is rather nmn, with colors gw, snakebite leather, brown schorched, various yellow and the white of course, all with a black stroking.

Wow, can't believe I missed this, it is simply stunning. Great choice of bright colours making is a stand out figure.
It's the type of figure that makes me totally rethink how I paint.
I love it.

Brilliant, both models are stunning, but Gimli just perfect.

How did you do the pattern on the cloak?

The design is all done by hand of course, with a brush type 0 and a lot of patience :)
the colors are the same for the NMN gold, snakebite leather, schorched brown, white, black and then I remember that yellows, or perhaps the bubonic brown or golden yellow gw.
