Just curious, but can Ringwraiths be insta-killed by a channelled sap will spell? Although it's situational, it also seems a bit overpowered. Is there a rule against it?

Nope, you have to be extra careful with your own wraith if there is an enemy one on the table.
So yes it can happen, seen it happen and boy is it funny when it happens.
