Hi there!!!
I would like to know if a mounted hero can save his mount from being injured using Destiny points. There is a rule about using Willpower points to avoid magical effects but I'm not sure if I can use Destiny points the same way.
Thank you very much!

nop :P
The concept of magical resistance for mounts is basically the chance a rider can to push his mount above the limits forcing his will over the beast to overcome a spell, fate is literally used to avoid wounds taken by an hero...

I like the translation differences. Theyre called 'Fate Points" in English. And no they cannot use them for their mounts

In French it is 'Destin', I understood very well as I learned the game in France.

I vaguely remember a special rule that allowed a hero to use Fate to save his mount, but I can't remember which hero it was. Aside from that, no heroes can't save their mount's Wounds.

Using Fate to save your horse is one of the special rules Rohan can have in Battle Companies - as a matter of fact, I think it would make a nice general addition to the Expert Rider rule.

It would work the same as normal fate, so yeah.
