I have just tried out a wet palette for the first time since starting miniature painting and whoah this is the most amazing thing ever!

Not only is this saving on dried paint but its actually making paint easier too.

Is anyone else yet to try this or am I genuinely late to the party?

Wet palettes are literally the best thing since sliced bread! Except paint would become incredibly dry incredibly quickly if bread was used as a palette, so they're even better!

he has some very interesting videos!! watch the one where he talks about using an ultra sonic cleaner for removing paint, I was able to pick one up cheap and it's super effective for removing paint from used mini

I marked the day I first used a wet palette in my calendar and rejoice every anniversary. Not only are the results fantastic but I find it much easier to mix paints and create unique colours. Wet palette Blending, shading and highlighting can not be surpassed. I also love the way the way it can be made from household objects.
