I am trying to take an orc warrior without hands (a spearmen that I lost the spear part) and make him a spear with green stuff. Need some help. A tutorial or tips would be nice. Also so I can modify my models later (mostly for show, no real game effect).

If you're planning on making a spear shaft, you should get a piece of copper wire to put the green stuff over.
Alternatively, and my personal preference is find some suitably miniature sized to use as a haft. Sculpt the spear tip if you'd like. Look in model and train stores for metal pipes and cut to size.
Always an option is to nick a spear from another model and stick it on.
Hope these help (:

What i am doing is cutting the same arm of a same model and mold it with instant mold. Then place the two hands t their owners xD Strange but it works...
