I was wondering if anyone can give me some help with colour schemes for Kings of Men, I have painted 3 of them but I want to stay away from blues/reds . I looked on google images and cool mini for inspiration but there doesn't seem to be many images, which I can't understand as I think these models are great . Thanks in advance

I think a brown and black scheme would look good, and gold as a spot colour. Also, greens like the GW Arnor scheme which I think would look nice. Or, green and brown to tie him in with Ithilien Rangers, and give him the appearance of a lord of Ithilien.

If you really want to push the envelope you could go for a deep, rich purple. Or a bright yellow/orange for the cloth. Bright metallics for the purple, darker for the yellow or orange

I thought I had some saved, evidently not.
They are good minis and for some reason you can paint just about any colours on them and they look great. Any of the traditional royal colours or contrasts will go well. Purple & White, Green & Yellow, Blue & White, Green & Black .. anything really as long as the contrast is good and the painting is smooth.
