At Wargame Vault you can download a free copy of Ragnarok. Issue 60 has an article about Dunlendings and a scenario of Rohan vs Dunlendings.

I don't recall. I've had an account there for a while. I don't think you do, since one of the pay options is Paypal. I hate giving out my Credit card info.
