Your first priority should not be killing Shamans, unless you know youre playing a friend who only uses shamans.
What should be my first priority instead?

Id charge your flanks or the things that are out of her range. And if you encounter a shooty evil army you'll have issues.
What I should say, I'll only play against evil armies with this so the courage of the opponents models will be low. If I have priority I just back away 6" and throw my daggers. If I hold them together even my flanks will be in range for the aura of dismay and Galadriels "blinding light" so shooting armies aren't an issue, too.
I agree on the low model count, but I don't know how to fix it, do you have any ideas?
1-Sorry, I brain farted and didn even read which one it was. I think she isnt the right model for an army this high.
2- Well......idk. I dont have ideas based off of what you want to do with your plan. All I will do is suggest to you to build in a more efficient way.
My main armies, and some of the more competitive ones are Harad, Isengard, and I use Hunter Orcs often.
Theres no way you can get your whole army in the 6"bubble she provides. I would use all my archery/charges on your flanks. And considering you have to win priority, theres a few issues.
1-Your enemy wins it, you expend might to counter, and possibly win.
2-Enemy has fury(anyone whos not a stupid opponent will hide his shaman behind at least two rows of troops. Sure, you can use legolas auto hit, but you still need to wound him twice on 5+'s, avoid the fury saves, and avoid his regular fate. If you auto hit him 5 rounds I doubt he would die. Those fearless troops will outnumber you and charge with terror
3-You lose priority....battle lines will be broken and it will be tough for your formation to recompose. Personally, if I saw you using this strategy I would just work the whole game to pick off anything you have out of the 6" range of her terror and aura of dismay. Also, if youre dealing with a tough wraith like the Witch King, youre going to absolutely position perfectly to attempt to banish him before he saps Thranduils will and your aura of dismay disappears.
@Nikrandonia-
Yes....it looks good, but for one as you said....the Shadow Lord. That demolishes much of your advantages.
Furthermore there is no guarantee hes going up against evil.
What about other popular armies? Elves vs elves? Hes not going to stop many with terror.
What if he plays khazad or citadel guard? Theyre going to tear the elves to shreds once they get to close quarters without needing terror tests.
What about some enemy cavalry with high courage?
The army is not bad. It can win. Im not saying it cant, but its not the smartest choice at 600 points having 4 heroes that are on average 95 points each.
Its possible to do well against armies, but having used Thranduil before, and wood elves often.........the strategy sounds good till your run into Uruks, who have high courage, or fury troops. Or just tons and tons of goblins. Yeah their courage sucks, but they can have fury, and at 600 points you can field 3x his number of troops.
