I know these one man businesses can't be as quick as the bigger companies but ignoring your customers for months really is not on. If he can't even manage to respond to emails he should just shut up shop and sell his range to a company that can deal with orders!

Still no replies and I have sent him another message on facebook and by mail to the address listed on his site.

I would warn people not to by from him at the moment as it seems you will be in for a long wait if you get your stuff at all.

Which is a real shame as he has some nice stuff that I wanted to order. But posts like these have had me hold off.

My order is from october, but this is to much time waiting. But I also do not get an replies to mails and of course can't open a dispute on paypal anymore.

Is there not someone around here who knows him more personnal?
If he cant make the orders just pay it back :)

Finally got a message back and a refund. Excuses about casting and messages going to spam folders make what you will. Have to say I will not be ordering from them again.

I have been sent the townsfolk for free as a way of an apology which is a nice touch but I doubt whether I would order again
