You are a very great painter DMS! You deserved to win with those projects!

Only found your WIP recently. It's very inspiring! 8)

What does the writing on Glorfindel's base say?

Thanks E&E - there is a translation and more pics on the website Here

@LAG - didn't take long to complete. less than an hour to build and then 3 full days to paint and pour resin etc.

.... :o The whole Glorfindel piece is outstanding! The figure is well converted, and the base is outstanding. It is a gorgeous scene, and it is executed very well. I can keep cycling through the pictures and each time I see some new detail that I missed the first (or second) time through....superb work. The Numenorean is also great. Obviously his base is not as elaborate, and so the piece itself is not quite as eye catching, but he is painted to your usual great standard, and the base is really well done as well. Good job on the NMM as well, that seems to be an area that you are focusing on improving, and you definitely are getting better at it!

I can't paint a single hero on a standard base in 3 days!!! That is some serious awesomeness there!

What a fantastic piece. Very well done on both. I like the colors too for both. What else can be said, three days painting well spent.

Thanks for the great comments guys, really helps me to stay motivated. I've been busy again.

First up was 32 Numenorean warriors which the client asked to be painted straight from the box art.

Bigger pictures of these can be seen on the Shadow & Flame website.
Image

Next up was to make the converted Glorfindel which you saw previously in my WIP a gaming sized base.

Bigger pictures Here

and last of all and not leaving myself much time to complete to get in to this months painting challenge is the Unreleased Morgul Stalker.

OMG.

That's awesome. Really like the wicked green lighting effect! The orc's face is well done. The sunk stone head is one of our favourite parts. Where did you get it from?

This Morgul Stalker looks awesome. How did you get it when it? I think it is unreleased.

I have had it for a long time and it came from a collector in the U.S. It is unreleased.
