When Azong dismounts, the White Warg passes all courage tests to stay in the fight. Dismounting is voluntary. If Azog is knocked from his mount, or killed, no one would say, "He dismounted...by dying," (except as a joke). So does this feral beast stay calm and continue to pass courage tests...or does it flee?

I would say the WW still passes courage tests.

I do agree with you. The second sentence says that the ww passes all C-tests. I always thought that horses do only flee, because they dont have C, so they cant pass a C-test.

Except that they do have a Courage value (3, 2 for ponies). It's their Attacks characteristic of 0 that automatically removes them from the board.
