Hello everyone,

Not sure if the correct place for this  however here goes. So essentially I am a big user of Nazgyl (WK, named, budget ones, depending on the army and need) on horses (don`t have much experience with the Fellbeasts and not getting into that atm.)

Question is, since purchasing a Ringwraith on a horse is quite difficult (even on ebay and other places I have looked) - the old metal Nazgyl on horses have quite a high price tag :o . Thus I am looking for the most versatile Nazgyl on horse miniature 8) .

Of all the avaliable ones still produced by the GW I see that the Shadow Lord on a horse looks most similar to an authentic RW on a horse . I merely wanted to ask for peoples opinions who have seen different named Ringwraiths on horses. Which one seems like the most "neutral" so to speak?

Much appreciated & Kind Regards

The Mouth

Well, aside from the Shadow lord, I'd say the Tainted and the Dwimmerlaik are the closer to the classic Nazgul look. Khamul has a mask and armor over the coat, the Knight and the Marshall have very unique sets of armor, the betrayer has a turban and the Undying has a staff.

My vote goes to the Tainted for sure. That one is really just a stylized vanilla wraith design as far as I can see. Everyone else has extra armor or something going on with their looks.

Thank You. Still torn between the Shadow Lord and the Tained, guess it will come down to a coin flip.

Shadowlord. I use him as many wraiths too.

Dwimmerlaik is ok, but he looks so ugly and hunch backed I never wanted the model.

Thank You for the feedback. I almost got the Shadow Lord until i noticed it's still metal figure. Gonna have to ponder on that, otherwise yeah I like the Dwimmerlake in terms of rules the most (on a hoarse) however the Shadow Lord (mounted) fits the most neutral role :)
