Thranduil looks amazing! Definatly one of my favorite of your pieces. I also really like the goblin conversions. I've been wanting to do this conversion for a while now. Consider yourself shamelessly copied.

Great work on the blackshields. Especially the shaman! The headdress looks excellent.

Absolutely love the mounted rangers - are they the Perry plastic kits?

I've been away a long time from this forum but now I'm back!

But don't worry I've been busy in the last years and I have many things to sow you. Some of you might have seen some of the things I posted on the GBHL FB site but I wanted them to share here as well!

Lets start with my new Laketown Army. I wanted to have a painting challenge and so I chose a army I could use many colors and techniques.

The army was also very heavily converted and I used quite a lot of alternate minis for my milita.

To start of I'll show you my versions of Bilbo, Percy, Alfrid, Hilda Bianca, Bombur, a generic Captain and Bards family

and my Milita. I really love how many different looks you can integrate in the army!

Really well done. I especially like the details on the bases.

I agree with GKA! The basing is fantastic. I appreciate how each base is a bit different. It makes the minis feel like they come from a real, lived-in town. Keep up the great work, Kurl!
