Fimbul has an Orc Bow in his Wargear but my neither my mounted or lone model has a bow on him. I forget whether he came with the option or not. Still it's not listed as an option so does he get the bow as part of the regular load out or not? Do I have to put a bow I have from some orc hunters on him to be able to use the bow?

I can answer that.

If the weapon is listed as part of his war-gear then he has the weapon for game-play purposes, regardless of whether he is actually modeled with the weapon. Unlike GW's other games, you do not have to convert the model to have the war-gear it is using in game on the model itself. Of course, you are free to do so if you wish for the aesthetic.
