Although the article is almost identical (in process) to the Games Workshop painting guide, it is simply laid out and easy to follow.

My build on this would have been to have the article in mind whilst painting treebeard and having 'Step by Step' pictures along the way, showing how each step was actually done.

Overall, good result !

Nice article! It's not a step-by-step picture guide, but it's great anyway. Very well written, very clear for non-English beeings such as me.
I really like the colour of the bark, it looks old, what's perfect for a treebeard!

That is a nice result you got there, he looks very good.

It would have been nice to see it in stages, but I can understand that's not always easy. I battle to paint in stages for articles myself, both because I paint at night 90% of the time, and because I find it hard to break once I get going.

I look forward to more articles from you.
